For those who weren't abel to come, we now got some pictures of our Luxury Vintage Sale that was at Sihlpost Provisorium in Zurich a few weeks ago. We had wonderful three days, with a fantastic atmosphere, fine appetizers by ValeFritz, lots of visitors and one of the coolest venues in town. It was also a great pleasure of having the finishing with the sounds of the Cock to Cock girls - we loved the concert!

We want to thank VAN HORBOURG & GOODLIFE once again for being such wonderful hosts, our dream Kimandra Team (Angela, Fanny, Luisa, Larissa, Basil, Leena, Vale, Roger and Pascal) and all our other supporters.

Kimandra Vintage Sale - Luxury Edition

As announced before we are having a Vintage Sale on april 20./21./22. in Zurich. This time it will be a special kind of Sale. We will present very exclusive clothing, coming all from this luxurious clothing collection mentioned before, so it will be a Luxury Edition. Out of the closet of a fashion lover, the clothes represent three decades of fashion history; uncountable high-end fashion labels like Fendi, YSL, Givenchy, Donna Karan, Céline, Jil Sander, Max Mara, Armani, but also pieces from Haute-Couture masters. 

Its difficult to find a description or even a common denominator. But the one thing they have in common, is the especial knack for extraordinary materials and quality in general their previous owner had. And even though they come from different decades they somehow  seem timeless. 

The Event will take place at the Sihlpost Provisorium. Our hosts VAN HORBOURG Art Space & GOODLIFE Ceramic Atelier & Shop will support and inspire us with their own installations.

Once More The River Will Flow

We finally had the chance to do an editorial with Pascal, a close friend and great photographer. The idea was to just take some portraits of Sara and getting inspired by the colours of the charming apartment. The clothes all come from a unique clothing collection, dating back to the 70's and ending in the late 90's - covering almost all the high end brands that come into ones mind, haute couture and tailor made pieces. The carefully chosen pieces are of an extraordinary quality and where collected with a lot of care and love. We will put the pieces from the editorial up for sale on the Kimandra Online Shop by end of next week, but will also have a special sale with a part of the collection on april 20/21/22 in Zurich - so save the date! Cashmere Heaven

Nowadays it is really difficult to find high-quality cashmere with the mass production that started in the 90's. It is possible to find an affordable cashmere sweater at COS, Zara or one of the other retailers. But if you are looking for a sweater that doesn't look worn out and fuzzy after a short time, it will take a much bigger investment. We now got the chance to get a hold of numerous high-end cashmere sweaters that most come from traditional italian or scottish cashmere producers. In addition to the amazing quality they have a classical cut and colour, so therefore are the perfect timeless piece. With proper care they can hold for a lifetime! I would say one of the many cases second-hand can be a better option then buying something new...

Autumn Treat

Some weeks ago we celebrated together with A/SH Magazine their first printed issue in Kafi Z. The release was a full success (they almost sold out in just one evening) and we had a lot of fun with the two fabulous girls. We will for sure repeat this kind of collaboration in the future! For now I have three of the last copies of A/SH No1.
